We have our first Washington School Neighbors Garden! On a plot of gorgeous land on 10th St. between Pine and River (on the land of Hope Church), there are five raised garden beds. As it’s mid-June, we need to get these beds planted.
If you (or someone you know) would like to be involved in this Neighborhood Garden Project — from planning and dreaming to planting and building — please let us know. We are looking for folks who would enjoy “owning” a garden plot for a season (water, equipment, seeds — all provided) and harvesting the produce for their own use and/or to share with one another.
