The League of Women Voters of the Holland Area invites the public to a local Candidate Forum for three contested races in the City of Holland. The Forum will take place Monday, October 12, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm at City Hall Council Chambers, 270 South River. Candidates for the office of Mayor, Council Member-at-Large, and 4th Ward Council Member will be present. Programs, policies, budget decisions and ordinances put in place by City Council — what’s done and not done — affect our community directly. Attend the forum to ask questions and hear the views of each candidate, so you can make an informed decision at the polls.
