It’s that time of year again! The temperatures are dropping but the holiday spirit is strong. One of my personal favorite parts of this winter season are the beautiful lights that people put up around their houses. Driving home at night through the lit up Washington Neighborhood just brightens my spirits. Thank you, everyone who has put up candles or lights, for your gift to the neighborhood.
So if you want to get out, go for a walk, and check out the fabulous lights that decorate so many of our neighborhood’s houses, not to mention Centennial Park! Also, feel free to check out the Holiday Cheer Map on Nextdoor and add some lights to our top holiday spots. Here is the link: https://washingtonschoolneighbors.nextdoor.com/cheer/
Does anybody have any other favorite winter things that happen in our neighborhood?
