The first thing you can do is calculate your house’s efficiency number. Figure out yours here. Then join your neighbors to compare your numbers, and find out how to make your home more sustainable at the Living Sustainably event, Tuesday, January 13 from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm at the Hazel B. Hayes Auditorium, Herrick District Library.
ANOTHER SMALL STEP TO BEING A GOOD NEIGHBOR
Adopt a hydrant or a drain, give it a name, and make it part of your family by keeping it clear of snow. This is a good way to keep danger off of the streets and to serve your neighbors.
