WSN Community Garden Clean-up Event
Saturday April 21st-9-11am
Join us at the WSN community gardens, located on 10th street at Hope Church and on 9th street at First United Methodist Church, and share a Saturday morning cleaning out garden beds to prepare for another years’ harvest.
We will provide coffee and hot chocolate and the use of gardening tools. (Please bring garden gloves if you have them).
This will be a time to reconnect with neighbors and share in the preparation for the upcoming garden season. We will have garden registration forms available. If you have already received one, please bring that with you, as well as the $20 donation, if you are able. (We do not want this to be an obstacle and have grants to cover this; we want all neighbors who are interested to participate).
The gardens have been a wonderful way to not only grow food but also grow relationships.
