If you’ve been by Kollen Park recently, you know that the city has placed cones, paint and tape to outline temporarily the proposed bump-outs that will provide a safer pedestrian crossing.
Joel Dye states that by the beginning of September, the city should have a good understanding of how the design is working. They will then discuss their next step as it relates to actual construction. Their decisions will be influenced by public opinion, so please make your views known.
