Hi neighbors!
During the month of November, the city of Holland will be participating in a month-long community-wide read of Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird. Hope College, in partnership with Herrick District Library and many other community partners, is putting on The Big Read Holland in the hopes of bringing people together to read and then talk about this American classic.
I invite you to join in the fun! Read the book (or re-read it!) and then attend one of the 7 main events, numerous book discussions and art workshops, many of which will be held in our neighborhood!
