A community event called “The Celebration” will take place on Sunday, September 28 from 3-6 p.m. at the Midtown Center (96 West 15th). The Celebration (in honor of the late Philip E. Beal) will be relational, not informational … no money, no denominations, no signing names, no brochures, no labels, no issues. Refreshments. Free. Open to the public.
