For quite a few years now the Washington Elementary School at 11th and Maple has housed Administrative offices for Holland Public Schools and hosted a pre-school program. But now the slow mechanism of making a change is starting to roll out — the administrative offices will be vacated by the end of this month. Perhaps some neighbors have noticed the playground equipment on 11th Street has disappeared, and the bus stop along 10th Street was taken down.
