Since December 2 there has been a significant increase in anti-police graffiti in Holland, with more than 50 incidents. Last night it escalated even further.
It must stop.
Silent Observer has offered a $5,000 reward to anyone with information leading to the capture of those who are vandalizing our businesses, churches, schools, community organizations and public places.
