TRAFFIC NOTE: Starting Sunday at noon, the Board of Water and Light is moving a VERY large piece of equipment from a Lake Macatawa dock east to the new power plant.
The route is from 8th street by the lake, to Van Raalte Ave, and then east on 13th Street (crossing Washington, Maple, Pine, River, Central, College, and Columbia). It will turn left at Lincoln and continue on 12th St and then to Fairbanks, crossing Chicago Dr. Points along the route will be closed at various times during the afternoon.
